seven evolutions
With each of the seven evolutions, we will dive into patterns of behavior that will enhance your growth as a leader, with and without your dog. By combining theoretical knowledge with practical exercises, Art will help foster a deep understanding of dog behavior and empower participants to address specific challenges they may face in their personal or professional lives.

weekly group calls
Weekly conversations will allow you to reflect on the progress and challenges of the previous week. Together, we will go deeper into each Evolution, share experiences, and support each other as we apply new skills and strategies to working with our dogs. Hearing diverse perspectives allows you to learn from other's successes and challenges, further enhancing your growth as leaders.

This program is for everyone who interacts with dogs, whether your own or those of your clients! The core focus of the program revolves around personal growth as a leader. Recognizing that effective leadership is the key to establishing strong bonds and nurturing harmonious relationships with dogs, the Better Because of My Dog program equips you with the essential skills and insights needed to become confident, compassionate, and influential leaders in your interactions with canines.
how will this help my dog overcome problem behaviors?
How we handle anything is how we handle everything. How do you handle stressful situations? Are you impatient, worried, frustrated, emotional? Do you lash out, avoid, or shut down? Chances are you react the same way when you encounter a problem with your dog. Begin to shift your thinking and look at your dog as if they are your greatest teacher, because chances are, it's true! Dogs show us our triggers, our weaknesses, but also our strengths. They can be our guide if we are open to listening. This program will encourage you to reflect on yourself, identify pressure points within your own relationships and leadership style, and gain knowledge needed to grow as a leader. The beginning of the program focuses on YOU as a leader. As we progress through the Evolutions, we will show you how these lessons apply to dog psychology and dog training.
